Designed for busy working adults who want to build strength, improve conditioning, & break a serious sweat. With a focus on high intensity martial arts-inspired movements, functional training, & full-body engagement, it’s the perfect way to kickstart your fitness journey & stay consistent—no matter your schedule!

Full Experience Classes
(60-75 Minutes)

Ideal for dedicated students who want to explore techniques in greater depth, Full Experience Classes are designed for to help you learn & refine your skills, offering a comprehensive & immersive training experience to elevate your performance & sharpen your foundation!

Schedule includes both Adult & Kids classes!

  • All classes are strictly on an appointment basis. Please turn up only if your Registration Form (link below) has been fully processed and your booking has been confirmed.

  • All NEW ERA MMA classes are catered to age 15 & up.

  • All Cubs Combat School classes are catered to ages 3 to 14.
