CUBS COMBAT SCHOOL : KIDS & YOUTH ACADEMY
MUAY THAI
Experience the beauty of Muay Thai, a tough yet graceful striking martial art that is a recent addition in future Olympic Games since 2021. Youths will learn a series of striking attacks and defense tactics while emphasizing fundamental coordination skills to improve their psychomotor development.
Available for Youths age 3 to 14
MIXED MARTIAL ARTS
With a solid base in striking and grappling, it's time to put it all together! From striking to wrestling takedowns, ground fighting and cage work, Youths can benefit from the fast paced nature of MMA, challenging their focus and reaction plus develop resilience and self-control while facing physical pressures.
Available for Youths age 3 to 14
BOXING
Develop quick hands, quick feet, and fast reaction through the sweet science of Boxing! A great way to build up their fitness and hand-eye coordination skills, Youths can develop their basic Boxing skills through fun combinations while having a great time at it!

GRAPPLING
Learn to overcome size differences through our grappling classes! Youths will be taught a series of submissions and choke holds, with some element of wrestling suitable for self-defense and to dominate a larger opponent.
Now with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi class) on Saturdays & Wrestling on Sundays!
NEW ERA MMA : ADULT CLASSES
BOXING
Famously known as "The Sweet Science", Boxing is possibly one of the most technical martial arts discipline out there, despite only using punches. Train your footwork, hand-eye coordination, reflexes, and strategic skills while working up a good sweat through partner drills and technical padwork! Come join a class and who knows, you may be the next Mike Tyson or Lomachenko Vasily in the making!

NO-GI GRAPPLING / BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU
Grappling is the perfect entry into combat sport for self-defense as it utilizes a series of ground game techniques from takedowns to submission holds, combined with leverage to overcome a stronger or heavier opponent, especially when the fight is taken to the ground.
